Goal:
To analyze current usage patterns, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions to reduce floor tape consumption while maintaining safety and operational efficiency.

Activities:

• Usage Analysis: Collect and analyze data on floor tape consumption in various areas.
• Process Improvement: Identify processes or layouts that contribute to high usage and propose changes to optimize tape usage.
• Sustainability Solutions: Research and suggest alternative methods or materials that can reduce consumption while maintaining safety standards.
• Implementation Support: Assist in piloting proposed solutions and measuring their effectiveness.
