Yazaki Tunisia is looking for a motivated IT Development student to contribute to an important project aimed at improving our supplier invoicing process. This project will involve developing an interface where suppliers can submit their invoices without VAT and provide a recap of invoices for each quarter, with automated notifications for buyers.

Goal:
To create a user-friendly interface for suppliers to upload their invoices (in Excel format) and summaries at the end of each quarter. The interface will be linked to our internal purchasing system for data synchronization, and notifications will be sent to buyers. Additionally, a report will be generated comparing the number of purchase orders against the number of invoices submitted.

Activities:

• Interface Development: Design and develop an interface for suppliers to submit invoices and quarterly recaps.
• System Integration: Link the interface to our internal purchasing system to ensure data accuracy and synchronization.
• Notification Setup: Implement an automated notification system to alert buyers when invoices are submitted.
• Report Creation: Develop a report that compares the number of purchase orders against the number of invoices submitted, helping track discrepancies and ensuring accuracy.

Who We Are Looking For:

• IT Development students with a passion for process improvement and system integration.
• Strong knowledge of web development and interface design.
• Familiarity with purchasing or ERP systems is a plus.
• Experience working with databases, automation, and reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
