*Equiement Availibitlity :
Ensure YEL global TPME procedures implementation-Preapare and update TD internal Procedures- Ensure curative maintenance procedures respect- implement new projects to improve maintenance activities-prepare GLOBAL maintenance KPIs reports- prepare and follow technical department actions plans- Support maintenance and spare parts responsibles to solve problems related to machines and tools - Create standardized rules for machines and tools-Communicate internal KPIs results to YEL central TPME-
Ensure preventive maintenance activities flow according to YEL standart- prepare preventive maintenance internal procedure- Ensure preventive maintenance procedures respect- Continuous improvement of maintenance activites
*TPME Audits and Autonomous maintenance :
Prepare and followup internal TPME Audits (planning, check lists, action plans)
Prepare and update autonomous maintenance check lists/ collect and scan Ensure implementation of autonomous maintenance instructions according to YC and YEL standard
*Constinous improvement:
Propose and Implement continuous improvement actions related toTPME and spare parts warehouse
