About this Position The Hygiene Responsible takes care for all site-specific aspects of
production hygiene. He is responsible to steer the operational hygiene
agenda in the plant and ensure its execution. What you'll do
Drive a preventative and pro-active approach
towards hygiene in the plant
Assure correct hygiene manufacturing of products according to Henkel specifications
Adapt production processes and equipment's according to hygienic design
Implement of efficient cleaning and disinfection procedures for the entire production process
Collect challenge test results of liquid formulas
for new products before production
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor's degree in bio-process-engineering or
food process engineering
Several years of experience with microbiological
testing procedures
Experience in hygienic design and manufacturing
Fluency in written and spoken English
Proficient PC skills MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SAP)
Good organizational and multi-tasking skills, team worker
High self-motivation and initiative taking
Continuous Improvement attitude and behavior
