Your responsibilities



Reporting to the HR Manager, you will contribute to the implementation of HR processes across the Group. Your main tasks will include:
Managing the full recruitment process for the Group (from needs assessment, follow-up, phone screening, interviews, to onboarding)—this will be one of the key responsibilities of the role.
Handling the administrative management of employee records (tracking medical check-ups, managing contractual documents related to hiring, etc.).
Overseeing new employee onboarding (organizing the integration process, assigning a mentor, etc.).
Implementing the annual training plan (organizing training sessions, tracking the plan, conducting an annual review, etc.).
Participating in social dialogue (preparing CSE meetings, organizing professional elections, implementing company agreements, etc.).
Contributing to employer branding initiatives (building partnerships with schools, managing website content, etc.).
Assisting in the analysis and publication of monthly HR indicators and the annual social survey.
Additionally, you will be involved in cross-functional HR projects, and your responsibilities may evolve based on the Group’s HR priorities.

Your profile



You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources.
You have at least 5 years of experience in HR, with a specialization in recruitment, ideally at an international level.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
You are rigorous, organized, dynamic, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
You have strong oral and written communication skills to build quality relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You are fluent in professional English (both written and spoken).

Contract & Benefits



Type: Permanent contract (CDI)
Location: Based at Cholet headquarters, with the possibility of remote work (minimum one day per week on-site).
