Job Title: Graphic Artist – Italian Speaker Report to: Graphics Manager Location: Tunis Overview of Role:
To produce customer logo’s on National Pen’s products to meet customer expectations.
Work as a team member to ensure turnaround, quality & output goals.
What you will do:
- Produce customer logo’s on all National Pen products to defined quality standards.
- Produce customer logo’s to achieve /exceed daily output targets.
- Work as part of a team to achieve turnaround targets for each logo prep hold.
- Communicate positively with Sales & CRM agents on logo queries.
- Responsible for correcting any returns from production for quality issues.
- Assist supervisor in identifying root cause issues on any returns from customers.
- Any other duties which may arise as a result of expansion of business and/or introduction of new technological processes.
What we need from you:
- Fluent in Italian
- Good level in English
- Possess a high level of computer/ keyboard skills.
- An excellent working knowledge of Illustrator & Photoshop packages.
- Good creative artistic skills.
- A good working knowledge of Oracle holds & order queries would be a plus
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail
