Your Role: Focus on managing relationships with existing partners to ensure they remain engaged, active, and profitable. The team handles partner retention, upselling additional services, and troubleshooting operational issues.
Key Responsibilities: -Build and maintain strong relationships with partners through regular communication. -Monitor partner performance, identifying opportunities for upselling or additional services. -Troubleshoot operational issues such as order delays, product availability, or fulfillment challenges. -Work with partners to optimize their presence on the platform, including menu or product updates. -Reactivate inactive partners and ensure high-value partners (Diamond/Platinum) receive priority support. -Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from acquisition to account management.
Requirements: -Degree in commerce, marketing or business management. -Experience in a similar role in a commercial environment. -Excellent communication and negotiation skills. -Good listening skills and ability to build trusting relationships with key partners. -Good command of office automation and CRM tools. -An analytical and results-oriented mind.
