About the location:

Keep all equipment in good repair with a minimum of downtime by providing day-to-day maintenance of the hotel and complete maintenance work orders from all departments on a timely basis by following the hotel's standard operating procedures.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


1. Respond and attend to guest repair requests.


2. Understand and operate advanced electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and boiler systems.


3. Communicate with different types of people to comprehend what they want and to provide them with information and assistance.


4. Check for new maintenance requests from the BMS and update remarks once the task is completed.


5. Prioritize and organize work assignments.


6. Read and understand test equipment, measuring devices, and safety manuals.


7. Perform maintenance activities in hotel guest rooms and public areas like plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing all types of hardware, plumbing and electrical equipment.


8. To clean, lubricate, protect, and otherwise maintain all tools and equipment in the hotel.


9. Follow all safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and secure environment.


10. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area at all times


KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:


Education: High school education or equivalent experience


Experience: Experience required by position is from 1 to 2


years of employment in the related position with


Four Seasons or other organization.


Skills and Abilities: Requires a working technical knowledge of


general building maintenance.


Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-


Job or through a series of professional certifications.


Requires knowledge of the ability to operate


computer equipment.


Ability to read, speak and write French and


English is highly recommended.
