Job Summary:



The Business Excellence Manager will play a critical role in driving operational excellence in ADP Tunisia.
He/ She will be responsible for facilitating Business Process Innovation (BPI) programs, managing
strategic transitions, and ensuring compliance, data privacy and business continuity within the ADP
Tunisia location. This position will enable stronger collaboration with various teams (finance,
operations, HR) and provide the credibility needed to influence and secure alignment on change
initiatives. Being actively engaged with main Business Units, this role will coordinate and drive strategic
projects and initiatives that are essential for both BUs and COEs meet their key objectives, ensuring
alignment and responsiveness to evolving needs.
This role requires the necessary authority to make strategic decision without delays to lead change
initiatives and proactive adaptable approach to collaborate with stakeholders from various business
units and functions.
The ideal candidate will maintain a strong presence among stakeholders and senior leadership while
aligning local initiatives with broader organizational goals. This role demands a forward-thinking
approach, a keen eye for process optimization/compliance and a commitment to driving positive
changes across the ADP Tunisia COE.
This role offers a hight visibility and significant exposure, the successful candidate must thrive in an
independent work environment and demonstrate a commitment to continuous grow and excellence. In
this position, it will be expected to bring forward proposal and initiatives that can build awareness and
strengthen ADP’s culture, supporting the achievement of our strategic objectives.

Main responsibilities in this role:



This role will rapidly acquire knowledge and skills to effectively represent the Business
Excellence Manager in Tunisia and ensure ongoing engagement with associates.
This role will need to influence and coordinate associates in the process of creating a continuous
improvement culture and drive the improvement initiatives.
This role needs to have strong ADP Business knowledge and good understanding of the Business
Operations Processes.
BPI Tunisia CoEs
Facilitate BPI workshops (Design Thinking end new programs to come).
Act as a coach for Design Thinking Project Leaders
Leading Process Improvement Initiatives across Tunisia CoEs.
Develop, maintain, and optimize the BPI learning tools while also instructing and mentoring BPI
Practitioners.
Ensure Cross-Country Collaboration (between Romania, Tunisia & BUs).
Driving bottom-up culture of improvement through the organization of BPI training, raising
awareness through BPI Day/Innovation week and improving the traffic through our BPI
Community workspace.
Develop and maintain a structured approach for sharing success (Read-Out sessions, quarterly
metrics & BU synergy meetings).
Manage and evaluate portfolio data and innovation pipeline assisting strategic decision-making.
Develop high-performance atmosphere.
Transitions for Tunisia CoE
Manage new Transition projects in ADP Tunisia from kick off to hand over to operations
Manage project planning constraints, communicating any identified project risks; issues to the
delivery/project manager accordingly and providing inputs to the change control process.
Leading all cross-functional activities, represent customers internally and collaborate with
leaders in varied areas on allocation across projects and resource planning.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers & key stakeholders.
Develop high-performance atmosphere.
Business Resiliency & Data Privacy & Compliance Tunisia CoEs
Ensure ADP Tunisia compliance and adherence to ADP’s standards for Business Resiliency, Security,
Data Privacy and Compliance.
Business Resiliency Champion for Tunisia CoE
Manage Tunisia COE annual business continuity plans revisions, simulations, and gap analysis.
Lead BCP Walkthroughs and exercises depending on skill and knowledge level; if needed, seek
consultation and/or assistance from the Business Resiliency Coordinator and/or BCMO.
Ensures plan walk-throughs and exercises are entered into BCIC and summary reports are
generated.
Serve as the liaison between the BU and the BU Business Resiliency Coordinator and/or Business
Continuity Management Organization.
Drive and track engagement to target program implementation milestones and timeframe.
Collaborate with the Business Resiliency Team in the development, planning, training, and
exercising of BCPs.
Part of the escalation team meetings to ensure the business requirements are considered.
Lead the BCAW event in ADP Tunisia and any initiative to create awareness
Compliance & Data Privacy
Oversee Security Incidents trend and engage with accountable stakeholders to deploy effective
action plans to prevent their occurrence.
 Part of Monthly Security Incidents Meeting
Track all Security incidents & Improvement actions in Project Portfolio tool & monthly update
the GM on the status.
Follow up compliance progress and monthly report the status to BEX Manager
In charge to implement compliance initiatives in ADP Tunisia
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
 Experience in project management & stakeholders management.
 Fluent in English and French; any additional languages are a plus.
 Good knowledge of ADP Business
 Good understanding and Experience in applying the ADP business strategy.
 Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
 Client management exposure is required.
 Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices. (PMP/Lean/Six
Sigma/Design Thinking knowledge) is a plus
 Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment.
 Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
 Ability to work in varied work environment and schedules as required by the Projects.
 Business analytical mindset: ability to understand and shape rigorous data analyses while
keeping a concise narrative that drive action in simple manner.
 Ability to identify potential risks in all areas of responsibility and escalate them promptly
 Excellent time management abilities
