Our client is seeking a Business Development Representative to manage and drive their outbound lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will own the entire lead generation process—from list building and screen scraping to initial outreach. This role will focus on acquiring leads that align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to support a dynamic team of 10-15 sales representatives in a high-velocity outbound sales motion. Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize screen scraping and data enrichment tools to automate lead generation, data collection, and outreach, ensuring a seamless process for identifying, engaging, and tracking potential prospects
Research and identify potential leads within the mental health space
Generate a high volume of targeted leads based on specified criteria (4-5k per month)
Ensure all collected leads include accurate and relevant data, such as names, contact information, and qualifying details
Validate and organize leads into easy-to-use formats for outreach
A detailed lead list in an organized format (e.g., spreadsheet) with validated contact information
Quick turnaround times with regular updates on progress
What success looks like :
A fully automated system to identify and nurture high-potential leads, build a comprehensive database, and efficiently track engagement and conversions with minimal manual intervention
Supply a specific number of qualified leads (to be discussed during onboarding) that meet our ideal client profile
Meet deadlines for lead delivery while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and relevance
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years experience in lead generation or sales development with high-velocity outbound sales.
Skills: Proficiency in HubSpot and screen scraping tools like Clay is essential, with the ability to analyze and interpret data and metrics.
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, communicative, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Nice to Have (Highly Preferred)
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with market trends in the industry.
Campaign Crafting: Ability to develop compelling outreach messages and campaigns that engage target audiences.
Domain Management Experience: Understanding of domain warming, email health tracking, and techniques to safeguard domain authority.
