If you are a strategic thinker, a problem solver, and a passionate advocate for product excellence, we invite you to apply and embark on an exciting career journey with us to develop a next generation Business Intelligence (BI) platform for Hospitality companies.
As a Business Analyst for our HAI solution in the Infor Hospitality suite of products, you play a pivotal role in transforming our vision into reality. Your primary responsibility is to drive the strategic initiatives that enhance the analytical capabilities of our BI solutions, catering to a diverse clientele of budget to luxury hotels and hotel chains, but also a diverse base of user personas that all have their individual needs.
This role demands a blend of critical thinking, analytical prowess, and great oral and written communication skills. Your insights will be instrumental in maintaining our competitive edge and driving profitability. Requirements Gathering: Work closely with application experts, designers, usability analysts, and engineers to create comprehensive product specifications, including requirement documents and use cases. Your role is pivotal in translating business needs into actionable development plans. Product Lifecycle Management: Manage product improvements from conception to delivery. Ensure that the product meets high-quality standards and user expectations throughout its lifecycle.
