Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
  • Identify and prospect potential clients, including businesses, government organizations, and educational institutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and meetings with potential clients to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop tailored sales proposals and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Marketing Strategy Implementation:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to implement marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with company goals.
  • Promote IT products and services through various channels, including trade shows, events, and direct outreach.
  • Gather feedback from clients to improve marketing materials, sales strategies, and service offerings.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to increase brand awareness.
  • Client Support & Product Knowledge:
  • Provide technical information and consultative support to potential and existing clients.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on IT products and solutions, ensuring clients are fully informed of product benefits and technical specifications.
  • Assist clients in troubleshooting issues and provide post-sale support and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, such as technical support and product development, to ensure client needs are met.
  • Market Analysis & Reporting:
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management on sales activity, pipeline progress, and marketing outcomes.
  • Maintain a CRM system to document all client interactions, sales stages, and lead status.
  • Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and marketing, to ensure alignment on objectives and execution of

strategies.

  • Provide feedback and insights on customer needs, product features, and marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to develop and refine sales and marketing strategies based on market demands and

organizational objectives.
