Welding Manager

• Lead and manage all welding operations, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Supervise and coordinate welding teams, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
• Ensure welding quality meets international codes (AWS, ASME, ISO) and project requirements.
• Conduct inspections, NDT testing coordination, and resolve any welding-related issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA/QC, and site teams to optimize welding processes.
• Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage welding materials, equipment, and consumables to ensure availability and efficiency.
• Provide training and technical guidance to welders and site teams.
• Prepare reports on welding performance, progress, and quality compliance.

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field. Certification in welding inspection (AWS CWI, CSWIP) is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in welding management, preferably in large-scale stadium or infrastructure projects.
• Experience working in a Tier 1 construction company is highly preferred.
• GCC experience preferred, particularly in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of welding procedures, codes, and NDT methods.
• Proficiency in welding software, inspection techniques, and material specifications.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
