Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Wedding Event Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Wedding Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing memorable wedding celebrations for our clients. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple projects while delivering exceptional customer service.


  • Consult with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for their wedding day
  • Develop comprehensive wedding plans, including timelines, vendor coordination, and logistics
  • Manage and negotiate contracts with vendors, including venues, caterers, florists, and entertainers
  • Create and oversee wedding budgets, ensuring all expenses are tracked and managed effectively
  • Coordinate and attend site visits, menu tastings, and other pre-wedding events
  • Design and implement unique wedding concepts, incorporating current trends and cultural traditions
  • Manage on-site wedding day coordination, ensuring smooth execution of all planned elements
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the planning process or on the wedding day
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members throughout the planning process
  • Stay updated on industry trends, local venues, and cultural wedding customs in Saudi Arabia
  • Prepare and present post-event reports and gather client feedback for continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in wedding planning or event management
  • Professional certification in wedding planning (e.g., Certified Wedding Planner) preferred
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse clients and vendors
  • Proven experience in budget management and contract negotiation
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and calm demeanor under pressure
  • Creativity and vision to design unique and memorable wedding experiences
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • In-depth knowledge of wedding traditions and customs, particularly in Saudi Arabia
  • Familiarity with local vendors and venues in Jeddah
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills highly desirable
