Main Purpose of Job
Lead the water treatment team to ensure that product water in compliance with legal requirements, in addition to meeting safety, quality, performance, hygiene, cost and environmental needs in water treatments area. sustainable high performance in alignment with the requirements of the business. Drive Continuous improvement through TPM.
Responsibilities:
Mange and control Water treatments units in the factory in term of operations and maintenance, to produce the required volume of water as per quality standard, for the different use of propose. Monitor water map of the factory to identify losses and identify new project opportunity to reduce these losses. Ensue that minerals dosing at re-mineralization unit are complying with recipe and material variance. Ensure that product water for different SKUs are consistently produced meeting the described BOM onetime and meeting consumer expectations. Build measure tree for Water, identify new project opportunity, and Participate in building factory OMP. participate in factory MOR, WOR, DOR (cascade Target/escalate issues) for alignment with the objectives in the short term and LLT WOR for medium and long term to achieve production plan and to identify and achieve performance improvements. Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with the local laws striving for Zero accidents through continuous coaching and caring leadership (Zero by Choice) on safety behaviors. Encourage the team to add ownership. Motivate, guide, support and coach the resources to achieve objectives and to act in accordance with the NCE guidelines. Adhere to the Nestle SHE rules and procedures at all times during the working hours to ensure own and others safety.
Requirements:
- Hold a BSc degree in Engineering.
- Experiance in a production Process and Water Treatment methodlogy
Skills:
Good math's and English skills. proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office. Accurate and organize. Ability to work under pressure.
