Water Projects Planning Lead

• Managerial Responsibilities:
  • Manage water projects  planning specialist to review the submitted water projects portfolio by regional clusters
  • Work independently or with other team member to complete the required tasks.
• Functional Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with regional clusters in developing the initial Five-Year Projects Portfolio Plan for Water projects.
  • Participate in screening the initial Five-Year Projects Portfolio Plan to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and budget availability.
  • Ensure a business case for every water project has been developed and passed screening process.
  • Participate in developing the final Five-Year Projects Portfolio Plan for water projects.
  • Participate in preparation for obtaining approval on developed Five-Year Projects Portfolio Plan (water project items).
  • Participate in the Annual update of Projects Portfolio Plan for water projects.
  • Participate in preparation works for obtaining MoF approval on the CAPEX of the annual portfolio plan for water projects.
  • Review request from customers and cluster in relation to new water supply.

Review National and Local water masterplans.
