Warehouse Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
Organization of incoming materials and check and verify each and every item and quantity before accepting and Coordinate with QC for the incoming materials inspection, any discrepancy must be raised immediately. Issue RIR/CRF/ALPLA incoming in system to match-up inventory in the system in timely manner. Ensure that all incoming materials approved are properly stored in the designated location(s) and ensure that no damage or loss is made to the material during storage. Adheres and implements procedures/standards related to incoming materials Availability of accurate and consistent incoming material inspection records. Responsible for proper labelling of incoming goods if required. Efficient handling of returnable goods and tracking of non-usable materials Report any inconsistencies /errors to the relevant parties for immediate correction. Responsible for inventory counts/activities as per procedure, Ensure the accuracy of the reports at all times to maintain data integrity & stock accuracy (ALPLA stock = physical stock = Oracle Stock). Control the entry of RIR/DR/CRF in the system on timely manner. Maintain files, documents in respect of stock control & Prepare inventory and stock item & closing inventory variance reports within the specific time periods. Conduct, Monthly & bi-weekly inventory and identify / resolve possible discrepancies in the stocks. Be ready always for any PPI (Perpetual Physical Inventory) of all items. Prepare OTA & ensure transportation invoice handover to finance without any delay. Maintain the filing of shipping documents, OTA & stamped delivery note according to file retention period.
Person Specifications:
Education/ Professional Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent in logistic or warehouse management. Experience in ERP warehousing modules. Driving license is considered a plus.
Experience
5 years of warehouse coordination/administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications/ Skills/
Personal Competencies
Advanced computer skills (Excel, Power Point, Word) Ability to read and write in English language.
Experience in using specific logistics/warehouse systems. Warehouse and Logistic Management. Proficiency in SAP, Oracle applications (MRP and ERP modules).
