We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance
What You'll Do
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods efficiently and accurately.
Verify incoming deliveries against purchase orders, ensuring quality and quantity standards are met.
Maintain optimal inventory levels through regular monitoring and stocktaking, compiling orders based on business needs.
Ensure accurate inventory transactions and timely dispatch of orders.
Supervise the team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
Address vendor delivery issues and manage return processes in line with company guidelines.
Coordinate with logistics teams to achieve On-Time In-Full (OTIF) deliveries and meet key warehouse KPIs.
What Are We Looking For?
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a warehouse supervisor, preferably in F&B or kitchen operations.
Experience handling frozen, chilled, dry food, packaging, and consumables.
Proficient in warehouse management systems and MS Office.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse operations, and compliance standards.
