The RoleWe are looking for a Warehouse and Logistics Assistant work with our Supply Chain, Service Operations and Project Delivery teams in the Middle East,In your role you will be responsible for localised purchasing and procurement within KSA, Warehouse Storage and Goods management, along with making arrangements to ensure that the correct assets and equipments are provided to the relevant teams as and when required. Main Responsibilities

Warehouse storage and appropriate packaging.
Localised procurement of a wide range of supporting materilas and equipment from local suppliers.
Negotiation of best rates from local suppliers to ensure that value for money can be demonstrated amongs local pricing and availability.
Liaison with the respective team members to ensure that equipment and assets purchased are suitable and fit for purpose.
Responsible for the Asset Management of equipment including tracking Asset Inventory and serviceability.
Provide asset management support to cross-functional teams, including Service Operations, Project Management, Finance, and Accounting. Collaborate closely with these teams to fulfil their asset management requirements.
Maintain accurate records of materials in the stores, managing both incoming and outgoing movements.
Maintain accurate contact databases, inventory and records.
Provide support out of hours on an occasional and as required basis in order to meet MARSS and customer requirements.
Addressing warranty claims associated local procurements.
In collaboration with the Supply Chain Manager ensure that an adequate amount of Petty Cash remains available at any given time to cater for emergency purchases and expenditure.
Ensuring that appropriate VAT invoices are provided for any localised expenditrue and that the saem is availabel for the purpose of regsitering an expenditure in the Petty Cash accounts in accordance with Finance processes.
Provide driving and delivery services as required in order to support adhoc team activities.
Other duties as directed within scope and competence.
Maintain confidentiality agreements related to any customer or company proprietary information.
Requirements
At least 5 years of Warehouse and Logistics experience in a multi-disciplined telecommunications, security, software or maritime systems environment.
Proven working experience in a relevant position and industry.
Must possess fluent English and Arabic verbal, written and presentation skills.
Experience of working in the Middle East.
Experience of working with Military or Government Organisations.
Must possess a valid driving license
