Job Description
The incumbent main responsibility but not limited to will be as follows:
Maintain a logbook for all VTS activities. Maintain and analyze data and statistics generated by the VTS logs and present insights to management when required. Review and approve plans prepared by the clients before implementation by VTM Operators. Coordinate with Operations for berth allocation, daily shipping movements, and repair ship berthing to ensure seamless operations. Coordinate with pilots and marine assets to ensure no operation delays. Manage and arrange the maintenance of Control Room radars, VTS, radios, recorders, and related equipment to optimize resource utilization. Manage all updates and upgrades of the VTS equipment and charts. Oversee VTS and Port Control operations. Improve quality and efficiency of customer services. Train and develop team members
Collaborate with IT, Project Management, and other stakeholders to successfully execute marine-related projects.
