Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot VRV systems, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, and other related components.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to identify potential issues and ensure optimal system performance.
• Diagnosis, maintenance, repairs, overhauls and operation of all electro/mechanical systems and equipment for commercial HVAC Units-VRV-Multi-Split-Packaged Unit-cassette AC
• Perform routine cleaning and servicing of VRV systems to ensure cleanliness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other team members to coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion of work orders.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities, including equipment status, work performed, and parts used, in maintenance logs and reports.
• Other assigned tasks as requested.
• Under general supervision, diagnoses and repairs systems malfunctions requiring specific technical knowledge and relevant qualifications as well as an understanding on time and material requirements. Seeks clarification and technical support where needed and escalates issues as appropriate.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to VRV systems.
• Comply with all safety protocols, regulations, and company policies while performing maintenance tasks.
• Familiar with VRV malfunction error code, PCB, Inverter, and their recommendation within timeframe.
• Provide guidance and support to junior technicians as needed.
• Knowledge of building automation systems and controls.
• Familiarity with HVAC principles, codes, and regulations
• Follow up with supervisor to close the activities/event on time.
• Ensure all Reactive works are closed on time.
• Ensure all PPM activities related with HVAC & VRV system closed on time.

Qualifications/ Experience / Language:

• Diploma in Engineering / ITI
• 4-10 years relevant preferably field level experience. good in trouble shooting and programming. Must be able write the report.
• English & Arabic and any other language.
