VP of Legal Role Full time Our client, a leading conglomerate in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a VP of Legal to lead their legal and compliance functions. This role involves expertise in M&A, SPAs, and compliance, with a strong focus on Saudi regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience interacting with governmental authorities, excellent bilingual communication skills (Arabic and English), and a proven track record of managing legal complexities. Requirements:
BSc/BA degree in Law or Sharia’a. Experience in Saudi legal frameworks and compliance. Relationship with the Capital Markets Authority is preferred.
