The VP - Managed Cybersecurity Services will be lead the Managed Cybersecurity Services division.
This role will play a crucial role in delivery of Managed Cybersecurity Services and client growth/satisfaction/acquisition.

Description
The VP - Managed Cybersecurity Services will be responsible for:
Developing strategy for the Managed Cybersecurity Services division, and ensuring this is aligned with overall company strategy/objectivesSeeking and developing new business opportunities with potential clientsContinually reviewing portfolio of cybersecurity services to ensure they meet clients' demandsOverseeing the delivery of Managed Cybersecurity Services, ensuring service levels meet or exceed agreed standardsDeveloping and implementing policies, procedures and standards for the Managed Cybersecurity Services divisionDeveloping and managing budgets for the Managed Cybersecurity Services division; ensuring financial targets are metCompliance with relevant regulations, standards and frameworks (e.g. NIST, NCA, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.)Recruitment, training/development and performance management of staff within the Managed Cybersecurity Services divisionWorking closely with the rest of the senior management team to ensure a well integrated service offering
Profile
The VP - Managed Cybersecurity Services will be/have:
At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or related fields of study15+ years of experience, of which at least 10+ years must be in Cybersecurity Managed ServicesStrong track record of leadership in a large MSS business/division, and working with top tier clientsTechnical expertise in multiple areas of Cybersecurity including Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, 24/7 SOC, OT Security, etc.Passion for continuous service improvement, with a focus on increasing efficiency and quality of service deliveryStrong client management and relationship building skillsExcellent commercial acumenExcellent communication skillsBased in/willing to relocate to RiyadhPreferably a Saudi national
