About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Voice of Customer (VoC) Manager to join our team. The VoC Manager will be responsible for centralizing all VoC activities, ensuring consistency and professionalism in feedback collection, and driving improvements based on customer insights.
Key Responsibilities
+ Centralize and manage all VoC activities, including surveys and feedback mechanisms.
+ Design and implement customer feedback strategies across all touchpoints.
+ Analyze feedback data to generate actionable insights.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements based on customer feedback.
+ Present VoC measurements findings and track trends over time.
+ Maintain a feedback calendar to ensure consistent data collection.
+ Ensure all customer feedback activities adhere to professional standards and methodologies.
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
+ Proven experience in managing VoC program or similar customer measurement programs.
+ Strong analytical skills and experience with feedback analysis tools.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work cross-functionally and drive organizational change.
+ Proficiency in survey tools and data analysis software.
+ Proficiency in operational data, metrices (CX related)
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience in the SaaS industry.
+ Advanced degree in a related field.
+ Certification in CX measurement or relevant fields.
