Eram Talent is currently seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Visitor Experience Coordinator. As a Visitor Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for all visitors at our company's events.
Ithra is an all-purpose cultural destination, an environment for transformative experiences to unlock the power of potential through mastery in arts, science, literature and innovation. The Visitor Experience main responsibility is to manage day to day operation including but limited to Customer Services, Crowd Management, Command Center, VIP & Protocol, membership, and Ithra Visitation. The candidate will successfully work with domestic and international visitors in creating bespoke and memorable Ithra experiences, providing world-class service from the beginning to the end of their visit.
