Job Overview:
The Vice President (VP) of Marketing & Brand is a senior leadership role responsible for defining and executing the company's overall marketing strategy, with a strong focus on brand development, customer engagement, and market expansion.
This position is critical for driving growth, enhancing the brand’s presence in the marketplace, and positioning the company as a leader in its industry.
The VP of Marketing & Brand will lead a multi-functional marketing team, collaborating across departments to deliver cohesive and impactful marketing initiatives that drive both short-term results and long-term brand equity.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and growth goals.
- Own the marketing roadmap, ensuring a balance between demand generation, product marketing, and brand-building initiatives.
- Lead multi-channel marketing efforts, including digital, content, social media, events, PR, and partnerships, ensuring consistent brand messaging and identity.

Brand Management:
