Planing:
1. Medical Procedures and Protocols: Develop and update medical protocols and procedures for treating various pets, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
2. Resource Allocation: Plan the allocation of medical resources including personnel, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient operation and highquality care delivery.
3. Continuing Education: Identify areas for continuous learning and professional development for oneself and the medical team to stay updated with the latest advancements in veterinary medicine.
4. Patient Care Plans: Develop comprehensive treatment plans for individual patients, considering their medical history, condition, and specific needs. 5. Emergency Preparedness: Develop and maintain protocols for handling emergencies and critical care situations, ensuring the readiness of the medical team to respond effectively.
Team Management:
