Vendor Onboarding Supervisor

Ninja Food is searching for a dedicated Vendor Onboarding Supervisor to lead our vendor onboarding process. This role will oversee the onboarding team, ensuring that new vendors are seamlessly integrated into our platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the vendor onboarding team, providing training, support, and guidance throughout the onboarding process.
• Develop and implement onboarding procedures to streamline the integration of new vendors into the Ninja Food platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all technical requirements are met and vendors are equipped for successful operations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for vendors during the onboarding phase, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
• Monitor onboarding progress and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the process.
• Conduct regular reviews of the onboarding experience and gather feedback from vendors to enhance service delivery.
• Prepare and present reports on onboarding activities and outcomes to senior management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the onboarding experience for vendors.
