You will be responsible for
Lead a variety of UX research activities, including usability testing, surveys, interviews, and heuristic evaluations, to gather valuable insights into user behavior and preferences
Analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our target audience
Develop and refine intuitive information architecture through card sorting and tree testing, providing seamless navigation for our users
Collaborate with the design team to create wireframes, prototypes, and user-friendly interfaces that bring your research findings to life
Contribute to UX writing efforts, ensuring that our content is clear, engaging, and aligned with user needs
Track and analyze key UX metrics using Google's HEART framework to measure the impact of our design decisions and identify areas for improvement
Create and maintain user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to foster a deep understanding of our users and their needs
Effectively communicate research findings and design recommendations to stakeholders, guiding product development and ensuring alignment with user goals
Stay up to date with the latest UX research and design trends, tools, and methodologies
Perform other activities as and when required
You will need
At least 2 years of experience in relevant field
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent is preferred

خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في المجال
درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو ما يعادلها
