The UX Manager will drive UX enhancements across digital platforms with the aim of website optimisation and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
The main objectives of the UX Manager will be to continuously improve the digital ecosystem, elevate user experiences, maximise engagement, and drive business growth.

Description
The UX Manager will be responsible for:
User research to understand user behaviour and gain user persona insightsTranslating user insights into user-centric design enhancementsCreating wireframes, prototypes and user flowsAnalysing performance of websiteA/B and multivariate testingWebsite optimisation by refining website elements such as layout, content, page structure and user journeys to improve overall usability and conversion ratesConversion rate optimisation (CRO)Working closely with Marketing, Technology, and other relevant functions to achieve UX objectives and ensure seamless UXReporting to user insights to senior management
Profile
The UX Manager will be/have:
At least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study6+ years of experience in UX design, website optimisation and conversion rate optimisationExperienced in using UX design tools (Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc.) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, PowerBI, etc.)Experience with A/B testing tools (Optimizely, Google Optimize, etc.)Strong analytical skills; ability to gain and present insights from raw data to diverse audiencesStrong verbal and written communication skillsCreative mindsetAbility to work cross-functionally in a large, complex organisationBased in/willing to relocate to Riyadh
