User Operations - User Growth

Responsibilities:

1. Independently develop user growth strategies, including acquiring new users, improving user retention rates, and reactivating dormant users.
2. Break down semi-annual/monthly targets, plan project timelines reasonably, and advance user operation projects.
3. Be data-sensitive, monitor and analyze various operational indicators such as traffic, GMV, orders, conversion rates, and repurchase rates across different cities.
4. Have a keen interest in user operations and category operations, identify opportunities for blockbuster products and user scenarios for categories based on user needs, and build user scenarios from multiple dimensions of scenario-based marketing to achieve user growth.
