Role overview:
Requirements Summary: Responsible for implementing and managing ERP and Projects systems transactions processes and interfaces with financial systems.
ROLE COMPETENCIES & ACTIVITIES
- Work on the implementation of SAP Project System (PS) and SAP Business Planning Consolidation (BPC) modules
- Manage the interface with Unifier (PMIS); test for compatibility and functionality
- Perform applicable integration of ERP and finance peripheral systems with the non-finance business applications (e.g. PMIS)
- Review current reporting policies and processes, and enhance them by developing and implementing suitable policies and processes to ensure effective reporting aligned with the organizational goals and objectives
- Liaise with internal and external auditors and consultants to ensure recommendations and action plans are delivered through the finance transformation program
- Support senior management on enhancement practices and ad-hoc initiatives related to reporting and control
- Manage and support budget loading, tracking, reporting, and identification of improvements required
- Manage current process flows and interfaces, identification of areas of improvement, review touch points with other departments, optimization of processes to ensure one source of data entry and minimal manual intervention
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduation degree/diploma or equivalent in financial and management accounting and/or Finance
- Finance/Accounting certifications/qualifications (CPA, ICAEW, ICAI, ICAP, ACCA, or similar)
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- 10 or more years’ experience in a similar role with a large company preferably in Real Estate development
- Knowledge of transactions and project systems (any of them) such as SAP PS, SAP FI, Oracle ERP, Oracle unifier
- Knowledge of leading finance system implementation initiatives
