Transformation Advisor Position

  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures
  • Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholders meeting.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparing necessary presentation material for meetings.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Determining project changes.
  • Contributing in the transformation program especially the capital projects workstream and De Carb B.C development, preparing and issuing all division highlights including the transformation highlights ( Info-cards )
  • Developing project strategies.


المهارات

  • Ensuring project adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately.
  • Assess project risk and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
  • Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project members.
