Your key responsibilities as the Transfer Pricing Manager
As a Transfer Pricing Manager, you will play a client-facing role while leading a team of seven staff members. Your responsibilities include conducting transfer pricing analyses, such as benchmarking studies, documentation, and planning in line with OECD’s BEPS Action 13 requirements. You should be able to independently perform benchmarking searches on databases like Compustat, Orbis, and RoyaltyStat. Additionally, you will prepare transfer pricing and tax proposals, manage engagements to ensure timely delivery, and support market-building and client development efforts. You will also coordinate with other offices on multi-firm engagements, ensuring compliance with risk processes and managing key tasks like billing, collections, and engagement documentation. Regular communication with partners and directors will be essential for managing clients, team performance, and overall practice operations.

Requirements
You should have experience in technical and client engagement, as well as managing transfer pricing projects. A strong foundation in transfer pricing is essential, supported by a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields, with an advanced qualification such as ACCA or a master’s degree being a plus. A minimum of five years of transfer pricing experience is required, along with excellent project management skills, including coordinating with multiple firms, meeting deadlines, and mentoring associates. Basic knowledge of international corporate tax, tax due diligence, tax accounting, and VAT is beneficial. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential, while Arabic skills are an advantage.
