Job Purpose / Objective


Organize and supervise HMG training Program (Internship, Specialty) and follow-up on accredited training programs related tasks. Supervisions trainee evaluation system and follow up with responsible director in all HMG hospitals.


Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities


  • Assist CME Director to coordinate and collaborate with national (SCFSH) and international academic organization (MRCP/MRCOG) for training activities.
  • Support the implementation of annual training calendar and follow up with the respective HoD’s for its implementation.
  • Collect and monitor trainee evaluations and forward it to the sponsor of the training.
  • Follow up all the financial issues with finance department as well as trainee sponsorship.
  • Assist ME Director to implement and evaluate the development and implementation of instructional and reference training methodology.
  • Participate in performance improvement program for assigned training services that include an evaluation, recording and reporting system for training programs and recognition of staff achievements.
  • Report to Director Medical Education in a timely manner on all the activities, program development and results achieved as well as issues and concerns.
  • Coordinate with national and international postgraduate institutions to keep an update and development of training programs.
  • Collaborate with the Medical Education Coordinator and secretaries in all HMG projects for academic activities issues.
  • Collaborate with HMG medical staff to assess trainees and training programs and summarize evaluations for management review.
  • Participate in organizing and takes part in seminars/workshops/activities towards enhancing professional development.
  • Participate in person-centered care initiatives undertaken by HMG.
  • Enrich patient experience with compassion, respect and dignity
  • Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his knowledge, skills and abilities.

Education/ Professional Qualification


  • Educational     : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • Professional    : Any Discipline

Experience


  • Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience.
