• The training is in-person in 3 cities: Taif, Riyadh, and Alahsa
• Experience in E-Commerce or AI background

Qualifications

Educational Background:

• Master's degree or higher in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant professional certifications in e-commerce, digital marketing, or AI technologies

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written)

Experience

Industry Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, AI or digital business operations
• Proven track record of successfully implementing e-commerce strategies for small and medium enterprises
• Training Experience:
• At least 3 years of experience in delivering professional training or teaching in higher education
• Demonstrated ability to conduct interactive workshops and bootcamps

Technical Expertise

E-Commerce Platforms:

• In-depth knowledge of major e-commerce platforms and content management systems
• Experience in setting up and managing online stores

Digital Marketing:

• Proficiency in various digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, and email marketing
• Understanding of growth hacking techniques for e-commerce

Data Analytics:

• Strong skills in data analysis and interpretation for e-commerce businesses
• Experience with e-commerce analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies

AI and Machine Learning:

• Understanding of AI applications in e-commerce, including recommendation engines and predictive analytics
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered e-commerce tools is preferred

Additional Requirements

Sustainability Knowledge:

• Understanding of sustainable business practices and their application in e-commerce
• Familiarity with ethical supply chain management and green marketing strategies
