Responsibilities:
Identify priority destinations for each season and ensure proper planning with all Business Units and Center of Excellence.
Ensure destinations readiness with relevant products across seasons and integrate between product management and performance.
Ensure availability of products on all STA platforms before the season.
Align HERO products with brand team and align with Ministry of Tourism on seasons directions.
Track performance of the seasons and issue reports and integrate products with Visitor Care and other channels.
Ensure readiness of all priority assets with relevant stakeholders (DMOs, RDAs…etc) with strategic partnerships.
Ensure team’s exposure to all products across travel purposes and destinations.
Conduct frequent meetings to align all channels on progress across tracks.
Develop templates to align internal and external teams.
Perform other activities as and when required
You will need to have:
Recommended not less than 10 years of experience in relevant field
A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent is preferred
