Therefore, the efforts of the marketing team need to be complemented with technical inputs to provide professional service to the customers. The Specifications Manager provides such support, and is a common function rendering his services to all the regions of the company. This position may involve extensive traveling within the Kingdom of Saudi ArabiaEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesInclude the following, while other duties may be assigned thereafter:Analysis of market field potential and future trendsAnalysis of competitor products and market activitiesPropose and develop product range and system to fulfil market field needs through use of PCP/PMP/TPP/PLS procedures (in collaboration with Technical Manager)Ensuring objectives of corporate/regional FIT projects are met in local markets including planning, co-ordinating, and control and reporting of all market roll-out activities (products, supporting documentation, samples, training, etc.)Planning, co-ordinating, controlling, reporting and overall management of marketing activities with the objective of satisfying market needs, market potentials and achievement of sales targetsAssisting and supporting the responsible BU Manager in setting and achieving annual budgets and 3 yr plans defined and management agreed marketing strategies and action plansIssue Method Statements/Specifications, with Technical Manager’s approval, as required by market needsSelling of specifications and product system to specifies, consultants, developers etc.Develop and maintain good relationships with specialist applicators/specifiers/KA’s to enhance our sales potentialPlan and execute product training programms for internal staff and applicators (in collaboration with Technical Manager)Plan and control product presentations, seminars, conferences, media articles, Sika at Work, Case Studies and other marketing activitiesCo-ordinate and control regular LET meetingsSource and control project leads up to Quotation stage using the CRM reporting system including recording of all successful project/product salesReporting as required by senior Management on plans, objectives and result of marketing activitiesPlan, co-ordinate and supervise correct application of product site sample areasCo-ordinate and control the satisfactory conclusion of Customer ComplaintsCo-ordinate and control the products prices & stocks of all relevant marketing material (PDS, Brochures, Leaflets, Technical Papers, Samples etc.)Assist, support or execute any other reasonable tasks as defined and required by senior Management QualificationsQualifications & Experience (Competencies Required)Educational Credentials – (BA/BBA) in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, industrial Engineering or other related field.Work Experience Minimum of 6yrs of related experienceOR equivalent combination of education and experienceLanguage Skills Ability to communicate clearly, read and write effectively; in English and ArabicEnglish language level shall not be less than proficiency or native Arabic speaker.Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a strong level of computer skillsFamiliarity with ERP system [Oracle, SAP, other], MS Office Package, Internet software and Inventory softwareAdditional InformationSkills:Self-motivatedKnowledge in Facade and curtain wall marketProblem solving abilitiesExcellent communication in Arabic and EnglishTeamwork and team buildingInterpersonal skillsStrong negotiations skillsWorking under pressure
