Job Summary: The Third Party Liaison Manager will be responsible for leading the development, management, and implementation of processes to effectively manage interactions with KSIADC Terminals Third Party stakeholders. The stakeholders (internal and external entities) include (but are not limited to) all KSIADC Terminals commercial / retail service providers, management companies, vendors, suppliers, etc. Your primary responsibility will be to nurture and sustain relationships with these stakeholders throughout the project's duration, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Major Responsibilities:
- Relations: Act as the liaison for third-party vendors, and partners, ensuring that deliverables are met and fostering collaborative relationships.
- Establish Processes and Procedures: Develop and implement processes and procedures to manage interactions with KSIADC stakeholders, ensuring effective engagement and communication.
- Develop RACI Matrix: Create a comprehensive Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed (RACI) Matrix for all stakeholders, both internal and external, to clarify roles and responsibilities and establish a division of responsibilities (DoR).
- Facilitate Communication: Ensure structured communication between workstreams, Client departments, and internal and external stakeholders, and project teams to promote alignment and collaboration.
- Lead Workshops and Meetings: Coordinate and facilitate workshops, meetings (both online and face-to-face), and working groups, ensuring that all meetings are documented with meeting minutes.
- Attend Meetings and Track Actions: Actively participate in weekly and monthly meetings, tracking required actions from stakeholders and following up on their progress.
- Support and Coordinate Third Party Strategy: Collaborate with the Client (and/or their designated Representative) to support and implement project strategies, incorporating insights from stakeholder discussions and project teams.
- Monitor Stakeholder Engagement: Keep track of the status of stakeholder engagement, promptly identifying and escalating risks, issues, and concerns regarding project progress highlighting any potential slippages and areas of concern.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of stakeholder interactions, project developments, and all stakeholder approvals to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Assist Project Teams: Provide guidance and expertise to project teams, informing them of stakeholder inputs and expectations.
- Report Project Status: Regularly inform the Stakeholder Manager of any potential delays in project milestones or completion timelines.
- Perform Related Duties: Undertake any other related duties and responsibilities consistent with the job title and position.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) and 5 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or aviation management (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Prior stakeholder engagement on large-scale programs with multiple internal and external stakeholders is required.
