الوصف الوظيفي

The Testing and Commissioning Engineer Manager is a pivotal role within the construction and building industry, responsible for overseeing the testing and commissioning phases of various projects. This position ensures that all systems and components are functioning as intended before project handover. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in project management, engineering principles, and a strong understanding of construction processes. With a focus on quality assurance and compliance with industry standards, the Testing and Commissioning Engineer Manager will lead a team of engineers and technicians to deliver successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the testing and commissioning processes for construction projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.

From single pieces of equipment to entire facilities, our collaborative, highly-skilled teams are experts in industry and regulatory expectations.
  3. Develop and implement testing protocols and procedures to verify system performance and reliability.
  4. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to schedule and execute testing activities.
  5. Prepare detailed reports on testing results and recommend corrective actions for any deficiencies.
  6. Conduct training sessions for staff on testing procedures and safety protocols.
  7. Manage project budgets and resources related to testing and commissioning activities.
  8. Ensure all testing equipment is calibrated and maintained in accordance with industry regulations.
  9. Participate in project meetings to provide updates on testing progress and outcomes.
  10. Identify potential risks during the commissioning phase and develop mitigation strategies.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in testing technologies.

  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety.

  7. Strong understanding of construction codes and regulations.
  8. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
  9. Experience in stakeholder management and client relations.
