Is able to translate strategy into an action plan in an autonomous way, and knows his/her daily, weekly and monthly goals. Has a basic understanding of how own area integrates within the sub-function. Has a direct impact by ensuring the quality of the tasks/services/information provided by self and others. Establishing and developing relationships with current and potential customers in their area of responsibility and maintaining its continuity. Tracking trends, competitors, developments in products and legal regulations in their area of responsibility and reporting to their manager Planning, implementing and reporting customer/partner visits and demos in accordance with the business targets and customer demands valuating the requests for proposals from the customer/partners in their area of responsibility and preparing a complete list of materials according to the customer needs Informing customers about purchasing methods (tender, intermediate purchase, leasing, external purchase etc.) and cooperating with the tender department in the projects decided to be procured and supporting the completion and reporting of the projects. Communicating customer feedback (complaint) to the Quality Management Representative and Manager, evaluating the feedbacks in their own area of responsibility, taking necessary actions and reporting them to the customer and related persons Good business skills and may still need a support depending on projects. Bachelor’s degree in business, medical, or a related field. A minimum of 1 year of experience in navigation, robotics OR 2–3 years of experience in arthroplasty. Fluency in Arabic and good command of English. Strong knowledge of sales techniques, marketing strategies, and product demonstration skills.* Valid KSA driving license.
