Supporting Strategic Goals: contribute to achieving and maintaining GSK’s product strategies by providing commercial tendering analysis and execution support. Tender Strategy: support the development of tender strategies, maximizing business potential in this area. Notably, NUPCO’s business is growing year after year, involving various types of purchasing through Mega tenders, Wasfaty tenders, supplementary tenders, direct purchases, and the NUPCO marketplace for the public sector. SOP Management: accountable for preparing, updating, obtaining approvals, and implementing the tender Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Compliance and Ethics: Ensuring adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and business codes of conduct, while complying with local laws and internal SOPs. Tender Audit: Conducting Commercial Practices-Management Monitoring and facilitating GSK’s internal and external tender audits. Mega Tenders (For Large-Scale Tenders):


  • Collaborating with cross-functional team members to propose optimal bidding prices, balancing profitability, and seeking senior management approval.
  • Facilitating collaboration among cross-functional team members during Mega tenders, including Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Commercial Operations, and Legal.

Brand Evaluation: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you evaluate brands for bid/non-bid decisions. Business Ownership of Non-Registered Products: oversee the bidding process for non-registered products, specifically focusing on Oncology and new pipeline products. G2N Responsibilities (Controlling Tender Penalties): collaborate with cross-functional team members (including Commercial Operations, Customer Service & Logistics, and Finance) to manage and control tender penalties effectively. Submission Management: oversee the process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of tender information with all required documentation. Distributor Management: follow up with SITCO to ensure that hospital purchase orders, distributor purchase orders, and Tender Contracts are in place. Stakeholder Management: Managing relationships with identified stakeholders, handle the tendering process, submissions through the GH system (Taawon), GSK entities registration, 2% payment, and tender closure for the GH office.


Job Qualifications:


  • Pharmacist with experience of 5 years or more in Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven record of sustainable success in previous roles.
  • No C rating in last two years.
  • Excellent communications and presentation skills.
  • Vaccines experience is preferred.
