Tender Manager

TBEA Co., Ltd. is the world leading energy group, one of the largest transformer and cable manufacture in China, and international Turn-Key service provider.

We are looking for a Tender Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Tender Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire tender process, from initial bid preparation to final submission and be part of the contract negotiation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals and ensure compliance with all tender requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the tender process from start to finish, ensuring all deadlines are met.
2. Analyze tender documents and identify requirements and deliverables.
3. Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, finance, and operations, to gather necessary information and resources for tender submissions.
4. Prepare and submit complete and competitive tender proposals, ensuring compliance with all tender specifications.
5. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop technical and commercial proposals that address client needs and highlight our competitive advantages.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in tender management or similar roles.
2. Strong understanding of the tendering process and related regulations in Saudi Arabia,in particular with the client SEC, Acwa power and Aramco, etc.
3. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Experienced with contract management, familiar with SEC contract template.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
