Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Tender Coordinator to support the tendering process for our fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will assist the Tender Manager in preparing, coordinating, and submitting tender proposals. This role requires strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
•Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in tender coordination or a related role within the fit-out industry.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
•Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•Knowledge of the fit-out industry, particularly in workplaces and administrative buildings, is an advantage.
