About the Role:
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Architects to join our dynamic software and platform engineering organization in Middle East. As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technology solutions. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and industry experts to design, develop, and implement robust and scalable enterprise architectures. We are seeking hands-on Enterprise Architects who can not only create architectural blueprints but also actively participate in the technical implementation and delivery of complex programs including design, development, and troubleshooting
We are seeking a talented and experienced Complex Systems Integration Delivery Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful integration and delivery of complex systems within our projects. Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, managing timelines, resources, and ensuring that project objectives are met with the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the end-to-end integration and delivery of complex systems, including but not limited to software, hardware, and network components.
2. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely and successful project completion.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, developers, and clients, to define project requirements and objectives.
4. Assess risks, identify potential roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Manage communication channels to provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and any deviations from the plan.
6. Coordinate with third-party vendors and partners to integrate their solutions into the overall project architecture.
7. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
8. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to validate system functionality, performance, and reliability.
9. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in system integration and delivery.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
2. Proven experience (X years) in leading complex systems integration and delivery projects, preferably in a technology or consulting environment.
3. Strong understanding of systems architecture, software development lifecycle, and integration methodologies.
4. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships.
6. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams towards common goals.
7. Proficiency in project management tools, such as JIRA, Asana, or Microsoft Project, and familiarity with agile methodologies.
8. Experience with risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
9. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to system integration, such as ISO, ITIL, or CMMI, is a plus.
10. Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) and/or relevant technical certifications (e.g., CCNA, AWS, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) is advantageous.
