• Monitor & ensure the quality standard are implemented throughout within quality & warehouse departments.
• Communicate & coordinate with third party in relation to goods shipments.
• Maintain client’s shipments files.
• Update training records for all QA employees as per the SOPs and procedures.
• Receive & check PPG (Primary Packaging Goods) material as per the local SOPs and procedure.
• Check production documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare & maintain all required documents for material receiving as well as dispatching.
• Maintain & update all training records, specimen signatures & qualifications and education sheets for QA staff.
• Evaluate data logger’s shipments to dispatch for third party partially packed goods.
• Track and follow up corrective and preventive actions as per the local SOPs.
• Arrange documents for PPG & Finished goods shipment release for QA management   in coordination with department head.
• Update SAP system for PPG release.
• Comply with all Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) policies and procedures. 
• Ensure strict implementation of policies and guidelines announced in the plant.
• Ensure confidentiality of all documents and information related to work.

Perform any other duties related to the job according to the business needs.

Diploma in Quality Management or Senior Secondary Certificate
