Technician

• Anticipate & perform all civil work in company premises such as drilling, painting & maintenance of walls etc.
• Monitor the maintenance operations according to plans & procedures using operational manual.
• Prepare & develop specifications for civil maintenance work & submit the reports regularly.
• Carry out maintenance of buildings & other premises according to its schedules & locations.
• Prepare the work distribution index for light & heavy civil maintenance & present it to supervisor.
• Ensure use of operational manuals & follow the already set instructions as per SOP.
• Perform troubleshooting, repair & servicing of premises specially work areas.
• Prepare inventory requirements for civil maintenance tools & other supplies.
• Ensure proper care &cleaning of working areas specially when the maintenance in going on.
• Keep abreast on the safety of machines & equipment while performing civil maintenance work.
• Arrange & prepare records for maintenance along with cost indulged in the same.
• Ensure industrial & personal protection while performing tasks.
• Coordinate with all sectors which will eventually support in conducting civil maintenance operations.
• Ensure daily routine check of all the civil equipment. 
• Keep abreast on safety, health & hazards manual from time to time to ensure the safety of equipment, premises & personal.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, such as digging trenches, moving and lifting heavy objects.
• Provide preliminary sketches and cost estimates for materials and services.
• Anticipate cost saving techniques while recommending equipment & maintenance.
• Adhere to the schedule of distribution of work & shifts as per procedure.
• Provide assistance during emergencies.

Diploma in Civil or Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics (with Civil experience).
