Technical Recruiter

Master-Works is searching for a skilled and motivated Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to support our growing business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technology industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for finding the right fit for both candidates and the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top technical talent.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
• Maintain accurate records and reports in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to ensure effective recruitment strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and skills, including software development, data analysis, and IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English is required and Arabic.
