Technical Libraries Technician

JASARA PMC is looking for a Technical Libraries Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the management and organization of technical documentation and records critical to our projects. You will support the Technical Libraries Manager in ensuring that all technical material is well-organized, maintained, and accessible to project teams and stakeholders. This position is essential to streamlining the information flow and ensuring compliance with operational standards.

• Assist in the management of operational data and project records.
• Support project teams with requests related to accessing operational records.
• Organize technical documents, reports, and manuals for easy retrieval.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of technical documentation.
• Maintain and update the technical libraries database and filing systems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure proper documentation practices are followed.
• Stay informed about industry standards and best practices related to technical documentation.
