Technical Engineer

We are currently seeking a skilled Technical Engineer to join our IT team in Riyadh & Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Technical Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their IT systems. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions to meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:

1. Install and configure computer hardware, software, and networks for clients.
2. Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by clients.
3. Provide technical support and guidance to clients via phone, email, or in person.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
5. Ensure the security and integrity of client data and systems.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.
3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
4. Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical clients.
5. Experience working in a customer service-oriented environment.
